Business Growth in Georgia
Mar 21, 2017 By David Rhodus Our Johns Creek Law Office support the Southeastern United States law practice and the national firm with respect to dispute resolution and legal research. The firm's approach to full service legal resources for our clients have been greatly increased because of the increasing population and subsequent business growth in our area. We had the privilege of representing a client in the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit throughout most of 2016 with several jury trials. We resolved multi state litigation in South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama with significant wins for our clients. We concluded litigation with a shoe manufacturer against an Atlanta supplier using fraudulent documents and fabricating financial records. Part of the law suit including real estate holdings and a liquidation of assets. Our legal connections in the Atlanta market combined with our decades of experience in the commercial transaction and business law arenas enable us to use broad resources and expertise in these cases. Our real estate practice includes representation of commercial real estate interests in south Atlanta and in Alpharetta. These property owners hold a lot of residential and commercial real estate and are expanding their portfolio. With the recent acquisition of several 30,000 square foot buildings in the Johns Creek area, adding to this portfolio in neighboring cities is seen as an expansion opportunity. The acquisitions include industrial warehouses and vacant land in south Atlanta and two real estate trusts in Alpharetta. We assisted the client with acquiring a joint venture interest in additional Atlanta property located in just south of the Perimeter. The Atlanta Metro area is thriving both in the residential and commercial real estate market with the relocation of major U.S. corporations to the area and regional headquarters of major companies. Office space is now at some of the highest rates we've seen creating an a vibrant atmosphere for investment and development. Our clients are positioning themselves for prime real estate opportunities and for franchisees, they see a wonderful time of expansion in the Atlanta Metro area. |
